Through embodied movement, contemplative exercises, and sacred process work, you’ll explore the depths of intimacy and vulnerability that authentic relationship requires.
Each day flows between movement practices that awaken the body’s wisdom, sharing circles that create sacred space for truth-telling, and transformative exercises exploring communication, boundaries, forgiveness, and presence.
Two special pilgrimages to Assisi’s sacred sites will anchor our week with walking meditations through landscapes that have inspired seekers for centuries.

Amara Pagano
Founder of Azul Embodied Awakening
and Co-Founder of OneDanceTribe
Amara’s purpose in this lifetime is to awaken love through Embodied Awakening – a union of mind, body, heart and soul. She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for 30+ years.
She is the founder of Azul Embodied Awakening and which offers workshops, retreats and Teacher Certification internationally. She facilitates and trains others to create psycho-spiritual movement experiences as a path of awakening love. Azul combines Amara’s expertise in embodiment and movement as a healing art with a clear map of self-knowledge.
Amara is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance. She is also the co-founder of the global conscious movement community OneDanceTribe that creates events with teachers and presenters of different modalities for the purpose of creating a unified, collaborative field to support personal and collective evolution.

Founder of Azul Embodied Awakening

Paolo is an innovator, a visionary and a connector dedicated to supporting personal and collective evolution. Born in Milano, Italy, Paolo started exploring the world in his early 20’s traveling and working in Europe, Middle East, North and South America, discovering new cultures and spiritual paths.
After being engaged in a variety of pioneering entrepreneurial experiences, Paolo left the business world to deepen his knowledge of eastern philosophies, study yoga and meditation and explore new frontiers of science and spirituality.
While serving as Chairman of Kripalu Center in Lenox, Mass. he led the transition team that transformed a former ashram into the largest program centre in North America. His involvement with Kripalu was a turning point on Paolo’s path and a calling to utilise his skills and experience in service to mankind.
After partnering with Amara, Paolo contributed to the development of the Azul conscious movement practice as a path of personal transformation.
His unifying vision eventually found its expression in the creation of OneDanceTribe, conceived as a collaborative container for different modalities and expressions of conscious living.

Beautiful rooms in umbrian style are free internet waves to provide environment for a peaceful night sleep.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the launch area.
Self-service bar with espresso machine is available 24/7, so you can enjoy tea, coffee or water anytime throughout the day.
There is an outdoor pool on site to enjoy and relax the body.
