Alison offers weekly in person classes at Wisdom Flow Yoga, Pukalani, Maui and routinely teaches in the Azul membership portal. She also offers twice yearly weekend retreats on island and provides individual embodiment sessions, blending the practice of Azul Conscious Movement with Chinese medicine.
