Amara’s purpose in this lifetime is to awaken love through Embodied Awakening – a union of mind, body, heart and soul.
She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for 30+ years. She is the creator of the Path of Azul, a conscious movement school where she facilitates and trains others to create psycho-spiritual movement experiences as a path of awakening love. Her signature LEAP program is a yearlong transformational journey. She is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance, embodied awakening and the co-founder of OneDance.
