I am very thankfull for the path of Azul. It changed my whole life experience. Azul is my way of moving with my everyday life. A way of being and remembering more and more of who we really are. Cause of this deep love and connection I bring this way of moving with life over my retreats to others.

With a lot of joy I am leading womans retreats supported through Azul, Azul weekend retreats and there are other retreats planned.

In Kisslegg I am leading all two weeks an Azul evening with the theme of “moving what is.” Also I am supporting my husbands Watsu retreats with Azul spirals.

My wish is to make Azul also as movement practice to the main thing in my life, beside my family, and to serve through it in this world.
