Cathy has been working in embodied movement practice for over 30 years, with a background in theater, writing, and shamanic practice. She is a member of Northern Drum Shamanic Center and is both faculty and a founding member of Open Floor International, she is a co-founder of BISO ( Body In Soul), a training programme for conscious movement facilitators.
