I guide others through movement, dance, and somatic re-patterning – to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom — supporting healing, creativity, and emotional freedom.

My approach is a gentle weaving of conscious movement, therapeutic touch, and deep listening. I draw from neurodevelopmental re-patterning, bodywork and ancient and modern somatic traditions. I believe healing begins when we meet ourselves fully — including the parts we don’t like as much — honouring our ancestry and softening what no longer serves.

Originally from Lithuania, movement has always been my first language. Life’s physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges led me to this path — where I discovered that the body remembers, the body heals, and the body knows the way home.

For over 10 years, I’ve walked alongside people of all ages — from children to elders — and collaborated with organisations in Ireland supporting those living with illness, addiction, and life’s deeper challenges. Through it all, I’ve witnessed one truth: when we move with awareness, we open the door to transformation.
