As a teacher, I invite you to feel and express your true nature through movement. I seek to create loving and authentic movement spaces to support you connecting with your heart and body’s wisdom. In this way, dance is a practice that helps us show up as our whole, unique selves as we transform ourselves and the world.
My conscious dance practice started in 2010 in New York City, and I have never stopped dancing through many life changes and challenges. As a certified Azul Conscious Movement teacher, I bring my smile, leadership, passion and open heart to the dance floor.
