Miriam is on an exciting (not so easy) journey to find a new place to call home!

In the meantime, she is holding a vision to create innovative spaces where we can slow down, reconnect with the beauty within and around us, and move to open our hearts toward connection and joy.

Through the practice of Azul, she has gradually reconnected with her body, deeply listening to its wisdom, and easing into the flow of life. This transformative journey has taught her to be more present and to trust Life, every dance a little more!

Since 2021, Miriam has shared her passion for Azul conscious movement in southern Italy, offering in-person and online classes.
