It is restored not by force, but through presence, trust, and movement. Opening creates the spaciousness you need to stay present with the complexity of our world, expanding your capacity to hold the full spectrum of experience: joy and grief, beauty and challenge, the personal and the collective.

Meet Amara Pagano
Amara Pagano is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance. She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for over 30 years. Her purpose in this lifetime is to awaken love through Embodied Awakening – a union of mind, body, heart and soul.
She is the founder of Azul Embodied Awakening and which offers workshops, retreats and Teacher Certification internationally. She is also co-founder of OneDanceTribe – a global conscious movement community.
