From the first moment I danced with an Azul Teacher my body, mind and spirit truly exhaled and I felt a deeper connection within, to life and to everything honestly. My healing journey has been about letting go and clearing the body and moving towards great joy through movement, sound, breath and Reiki meditation.

As a certified AZUL teacher I weave breath, sometimes sound from Reiki attuned instruments, sound bowls, voice, and meditation into my classes. I run in person and online classes for people of all ages. Looking forward to dancing on this journey with you and your loved ones!
