The Azul Teachers Association (ATA) is designed to support teachers to thrive while providing a strong foundation for the growth and evolution of Azul, ensuring this work continues to expand and reach more people now and into the future.

On the part of teachers, this commitment means:
- Embracing the values of Azul and finding your way to be a channel of this work in the world.
- Clearly representing Azul in your teaching—through marketing, communications, and class structure.
- Staying engaged in Azul’s evolution by participating in an Azul Teachers Retreat or training (Module 2 or 3, or any Continuing Professional Development program) at least once every three years.
On the part of Azul, this commitment is reflected in:
- Up-to-date and expanded resources to support your growth as a teacher.
- Regular professional development opportunities to help you refine your skills and deepen your practice.
- A strong community of peers offering connection, collaboration, and support.
