Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre, a buddhist temple founded in 1999 by the late Lama Gangchen Rinpoche.
Located on Lake Maggiore, an hour drive from Malpensa airport in Milan, the Centre is a hidden gem that holds a pure and powerful transformational energy. An ideal location for us to experience our connection with Self and Source. The Centre welcomes everyone interested in regenerating and healing the energies of body and mind, and developing their potential through ancient spiritual and healing methods.

Amara is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance.
She has been teaching movement as spiritual practice for over 30 years and led thousands of students on a journey of embodied awakening.
She is the co-founder of OneDanceTribe and founder of the School of Azul which offers workshops, retreats and Teacher Certification internationally.

Albagnano Healing Meditation Center
Located on Lake Maggiore, an hour drive from Malpensa airport in Milan, the Centre is a hidden gem that holds a pure and powerful transformational energy.
The guest rooms are free of electronic devices and radio waves to provide an environment for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the bar and lounge area. Private parking is also available.
The Centre can arrange private transportation from/to Malpensa airport and the Intra train station.
Please be aware that accommodation at the Centre is very basic. Most rooms are double or multiple, so if you choose to stay at the Centre you will be required to share the room with other participants of the same gender. If you prefer to stay in a more private space, the Centre has a list of private accommodations and hotels in the area available upon request.
Meditation Halls
The main Gompa, the Gompa of Tara and the meditation rooms have open to anyone regardless of their faith. There are several meditations available throughout the day that will be accessible to our group.
We will include them in the daily schedule that participants will receive prior to the beginning of the retreat. There is also a huge library of sacred texts that will be available for consultation during the retreat
