Join the Azul community at the Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre, a beautiful Buddhist temple outside of Milan, Italy, for five days built to transform how you move through your life. In conscious movement, we let love open a path back to ourselves, then outward, to each other, and to the world around us.

Retreat into the heart of peace
Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre, a Buddhist temple founded in 1999 by the late Lama Gangchen Rinpoche.
Located on Lake Maggiore, an hour from Malpensa airport in Milan, the Centre is a hidden gem holding energy that has supported deep change for decades. It's an ideal place to experience your connection with Self and Source. The Centre welcomes everyone interested in healing and regenerating the energies of body and mind.
Meet your host
Amara is a leader and innovator in the world of conscious dance. She has spent over 30 years teaching movement as spiritual practice, guiding thousands of students on a journey of embodied awakening, and is known for the depth and power of the retreats she holds.
She is the co-founder of OneDanceTribe, a global conscious movement community, and founder of the School of Azul, offering workshops, retreats, and teacher certification worldwide.

Albagnano Healing Meditation Center
Located on Lake Maggiore, an hour drive from Malpensa airport in Milan, the Centre is a hidden gem that holds a pure and powerful transformational energy.
Your Accommodation at the Center
The guest rooms are free of electronic devices and radio waves to provide an environment for a peaceful night's sleep.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the bar and lounge area. Private parking is also available.
The Centre can arrange private transportation from/to the Intra and Bee. There is a public transport from the Malpensa Airport by train to Verbania Pallanza (17km from Albagnano) and by bus to Bee / Intra.
The center is committed to keeping accommodation simple and affordable, because this peace is meant to be shared, so cost never has to stand between you and these five days. The rooms are clean and comfortable, yet fairly basic. Most rooms are double or multiple, so if you choose to stay at the Centre you will be required to share the room with other participants of the same gender. If you wish to team up with a partner or friend, let us know at the time of your booking.
If you prefer to stay in a more private space, you can book your own accommodation offsite.

- 3 vegetarian buffet meals a day,

Meditation Halls
The main Gompa, the Gompa of Tara and the meditation rooms have open to anyone regardless of their faith. There are several meditations available throughout the day that will be accessible to our group.
We will include them in the daily schedule that participants will receive prior to the beginning of the retreat. There is also a huge library of sacred texts that will be available for consultation during the retreat
